Tutor Registration and Obligations

  • Account Creation: Tutors must register for an account to offer their services and upload materials. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information during registration.

  • Recruitment: Registered tutors may use the platform to find and recruit students.

  • Study Materials: Tutors may upload learning materials for free download by other users. By uploading content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display and distribute these materials.

  • Professional Conduct: Tutors are expected to conduct themselves ethically and professionally.

 

Parent and Student (Guest) Usage

  • Guest Access: Parents and students may browse tutor profiles and request appointments as guests without the need for registration.

  • No Booking Fees: Clients do not pay any fees to the Platform for making tutor requests or appointments.

  • Tuition Fees: Payments for tuition services are made directly to the tutor only after a match is confirmed and lessons have commenced.

 

Fees and Commissions

  • Agency Commission: Upon successfully recruiting a student through the Platform, the tutor is liable to pay a referral/commission fee to the Platform.

  • Currency: All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  • Outstanding Payments: The Platform reserves the right to take recovery actions, including legal measures, for any unpaid commissions owed by tutors.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Platform Content: All original content, including site design, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of the Platfo

  • User Restrictions: Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

  • Downloaded Materials: Materials provided for free download are for personal, non-commercial use only.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • Service "As Is": Services are provided on an "as is" basis. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of tutor qualifications or the results of tuition.

  • Third-Party Disputes: The Platform is not legally responsible for disputes, clashes, or payment disagreements arising between tutors and clients.

Termination of Access

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access or tutor’s account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for reasons including breach of terms, unethical conduct, or fraudulent activities.
